The company was founded in 2017 by an experienced architect Maxim Povar, who continued his family business. From 2008 to 2017, he worked in various architectural companies and became a co-author of the projects of more than 10 multi-story residential buildings and residential complexes, retail and commercial premises, as well as many cottages and private houses.

Since 2017, we have been actively working in the US market, and this work continues to this day.

We produced design documentation which has been used to build over 300 buildings in the state of California in the USA,  as well as in Canada, Germany, Austria, Australia, Poland, and other countries.

The company's clients include people from the Forbes list, representatives of the IT community, as well as developers widely known in California, such as MJB construction, Evergreen Communities, One Source Capital Group, Statewide Construction, A+ Construction & Remodeling, and others.

The company is constantly growing and currently has 25 professionals.

The Company's experience allows it to solve architectural and urban planning tasks of any complexity, from individual houses of private development to large-scale urban complexes, interior design and landscape design.

The quality of processes is ensured through the introduction of the latest technologies for collaborative work of design teams based on BIM Cloud Graphisoft solutions and the latest versions of ArchiCAD, as well as quality management systems (ISO).

PVR Designs is an official member of the GRAPHISOFT community and a participant of the GRAPHISOFT Forward private club.

Over the years of professional activity, the company has been highly recognized among the professional community of the state, and has repeatedly received the Grand Prix and other awards from the American Institute of Building Design AIBD.

After forming his own team in 2017, the experience gained became the basis for the dynamic development of the Company, which has grown several times.

At the initiative of Maksym Povar, the company started implementing quality management systems in accordance with international standards ISO 9001, 27001, 19650 to meet international quality standards. Employees' qualifications have been achieved through systematic training and appropriate certification.
